Once your happy with our services you may upgrade to keep your website active. Depending on your plan you may be entitled for a one (1) year free domain. We may also provide users the ability to purchase a professional email for their domain name. Our hosting, domain, email and other services are provided by a third party provider(s). Weebsy is not responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage incurred as a result of this site and/or use of any third party’s service(s).

Weebsy is an online based service for which you will require an internet connection and cannot be downloaded or used offline.
To create your web presence you must register and create an account for which you must provide us with your full legal name, a valid email address
and other information required for registration purposes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
all activities that occur under your account. You must not provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or nor not current.
Weebsy reserves the right to terminate/suspend/lock and/or refuse/delete any account for any reason we feel appropriate.
Under no circumstances we will be responsible or liable for your account content and the content of any third party that is offesnsive, indecent
or objectionable, or violate any law(s) in your jurisdiction.
By using Weebsy you hereby agree to not:
1. Upload, post, transmit or make available any content that is harmful, unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, tortous,
obscene, invasive of another persons privacy, and/or posting any persons address, email, phone number and/or any contact information without the
written consent of the owner of such information;
2. You do not have the right to trasmit under any law or fiduciary relationships such as inside information, proprietary and/or
confidential information learned or discolsed as a part of any non dislosure agreement(s) and/or as a part of employment relationships;
3. You must not use our services for selling any products or services that violate any law, statute or regulation; relate to transactions that

(b) stolen goods of any kind incuding virtual or digital goods;
(c) sexually oriented materials or services;
(d) firearms, ammunition and/or certain firearm parts or accessiories;
(e) ponzi schemes and/or support pyramid, "get rich quick" schemes, matrix programs, or multilevel marketing programs;
(f) promote hate, violence, racial intolerance and/or the financial exploitation of crime;
(g) posting any content that is adult in nature, nudity, nudity in sexual content or content that reveals exposed genitalia or any adult themes;
4. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any person, organization, applicable local, state, country, federal or foreign laws or regulation;.
5. Promte physical harm injury of any kind against any group, organization, individual, promte any act of cruelty to animals;
6. Use the service as a fowarding service to another site or to manipulate google or seo rankings, and/or other social media networking;
7. Distrupt ot interfere the service or servers or networks connected with the service/site;
8. Solit any third party's confidential information, passwords or personal indenity for any unlawful or phishing purposes;
9. Upload any files for the purpose of having them hosted by us for use outside of a website created;
10. Create any website that provides an harmful, injurious user experince; excessive animated movement, extreme flashing banners and/or any content
that could cause seizures to the site.
11. Harm minors in any way; "Stalk", "Bully" and/or harass any person;
12. Access, tamper or use any nonpublic area or parts of the services;
13. Disrupt any user, host or network; distributing any malware or overloading, mailbombing any part of the service;
14. Breach or bypass any security/authentication measures;
15. Send spam or unsolicited communications, advertisments or promotions;
16. Impersonate another person, company, organization or entity;
17. Send altered, false source-identifying information, phishing or spoofing;
18. Misapporpriate or infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, and/or intellectual information;
19. Post anything threating, abusive, harassing, violent, offensive, obsence or sexually explict.

2.2 Legal age
By using Weebsy you hereby agree to be of a legal age. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided. You hereby agree that your contact information provided is authentic and up to date and your allowed to use these servcies in your location.
2.3 trial account
When you sign up for your website you hereby create an account which enables you a fifteen (15) days trial period. You may extend your trial for another seven (7) days from within your members area before expiry date, afterwhich your website may be deleted. When you sign up for a trial, you will be provided with a Free Weebsy Subdomain (which we may address as an 'Inbuilt Domain or In-built web address'). We hereby reserve the right to cancel and/or withdraw any of our service(s) at anytime with or without notice.

2.4 Signing up
We collect the relevant information to provide you with our services. When you sign up for your website you hereby agree to provide Weebsy with your authentic information which is not misleading in any way. Your also responsible for keeping your account upto date. Your responsible for keeping your account credentails safe. Your account password should be strong and not to be shared with anyone. Please note by providing us with your details we may from to time send you newsletters/product updates and/or any other relevant information regrading your account.

2.5 YOUR CONTENT
You may edit your website's text, images, and add your video's (so called as "User Content") to enchance the look of your site in accordance with our Terms of Service. Any User Content stays yours however you grant Weebsy a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable right and license to host, use, store, reproduce, modify, publish, publicy display your User Content. We may also use your site and/or it's User Content and/or your feedback free of charge for the purpose of Weebsy marketing and promotional activites. By using Weebsy you warrant that you own all the rights of your User Content and have all the permissions to use, share and display your User Content.

2.6 Account Terms
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address and other requirements to complete the signing up process. You are solely responsible for your login information and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password; we will not be liable for any loss and/or damage incured. All contents and activity posted under your account will be your responsibilty. Only one account is permitted under one legal identity or person. You are not permitted to use any unauthorized payment, credit or debit card. Your account must be used in reasonable limit; in accordance with fair use policy. If your bandwith exceeds reasonable limit we may lock/suspend and/or delete your account. Weebsy reserves the right to change the Terms of Service.

4. Payment and Upgrading
Once you are happy with our servcices you may upgrade your account via credit card. You must choose any of our Plans and provide us with your credit card details to keep your services active. You will be billied in advance on an annual or six monthly basis. All prices on the website are in USD. We use a third party payment processor to bill you for our services. Our credit card payment merchant gateway is provided by stripe. You may visit stripe's Terms and privacy policy on their website (www.stripe.com). We are not responsible for any incorrect payment(s). You are solely responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by any governing authorities.
4.1 SSL and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the safety of users, we use a third party SSL on the payment page, however regardless of its measures we cannot guarantee the protection and safety of your data. We are not responsible for any incorrect payment(s) and the site is to be used at your own discretion and risk.
5. Refund policy
We reserve the right to refund customer(s) at our discretion. For your conveience we have a free fifteen (15) days trial period where you may try out our services before upgrading.

Our domain service is provided by a third party under which Weebsy is the 'Reseller.' Your domain will auto renew on an annual
basis thirty (30) days prior to renewal date.
6. Domain policy
The registrar for Domain and Professional email Services is provided by Tucows Inc., and all registrations and renewals via the Services are subject to the Tucows Terms and Conditions, under which Weebsy is the 'Reseller.' We reserve the right to use another domain name service provider at anytime. You are responsible for providing correct and complete data regarding your domain name registration information. The technical contact for the domain will be Weebsy. Before registering any domain it is your responsibility to check the domain's availiability and it does not violate any rights of any third party or exisiting legislation. We do not guarenttee any fullfilment or allocation of the domain by the registar; and/or if the domain name is free of any third party rights or continued existence. By purchasing a domain you hereby agree to the auto renewal policy, for which you will be charged thirty (30) days in advance for every annual renewal term of the domain. You may cancel your auto-renwal for your domain by contacting us atleast sixty (60) days prior to renewal date. Once the domain has been purchased or renewed it will not be applicable for any refund. It may not be possible to recover any domain name after expiry hence you should ensure that your account information is upto date and auto-renewal is 'on'. If you cancel your account you may transfer your domain to another registar after sixty (60) days of domain purchase. If you forfeit a domain for non-payment, Weebsy has the right to register and use the domain for it's own purpose; sell or transfer the domain to a third party; delete the domain and allow the domain to be registered by another identity. If there are any outstanding amount(s) due on your account it may be recovered with your credit card on file. We do not warrant that this service will meet your expectations and/or be free of any error(s) of any kind. You agree to use this service at your sole risk.

A Free Domain is provided to new customers on the 'Advanced plan' for the first year only.
6.1 Free Domain policy
The Free Domain policy is provided to new customers that purchase the 'Advanced plan' and is valid for the first one (1) year (365 days) of your domain purchase. Your domain will automatically renew at the normal price after the first year for which you will be billed thirty (30) days in advance for every annual renewal term of the domain. You may cancel your auto-renwal for your domain by contacting us atleast sixty (60) days prior to renewal date. Once the domain has been purchased or renewed it will not be applicable for any refund.
6.2 Additional licesense purchase
Some third party services may require addional license purchase(s) to run efficiently on your custom domain. Some of our designs/themes which use a third party service from menucool may require an additional licesne purchase to remove "Trial Ninja Slider" from displaying on your website.

Every subscription comes with an auto renewal policy for your convenience, you may cancel your auto-renewal at anytime.
7. Auto-renewal policy
By upgrading and subscribing to our services you hereby agree to our auto renewal policy, every subscription comes with an auto renewal policy for the convenience of its subscriber(s). You are hereby responsible to ensure your credit card information and account information is up to date to avoid any disruption of service. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. If a discount has been applied when joining up it will be only valid for the first year of service and a full amount subscription fee will be payable in advance for every year thereafter. You will be billed in advance on an on-going annual basis. All prices on the website are in USD. We hereby reserve the right to change the subscription payment amount and/or it's terms and/or frequency.
8. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by contacting customer support. Once your webiste is cancelled it's in-built web address will not be valid for your website purpose anymore and could be re-used for a new subscription. Any custom domain related to your website will also stop working once your website has been cancelled. You may transfer your custom domain to another registar after sixty (60) days of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel your website on any inappropriate account and/or breach of Terms of Service.

9. Image and Information policy
The use of images and/or names of any third party including notable personalities and/or celebrities without the written consent of the owner of such information is prohibited. We reserve the right to resize images for the purpose of this website and/or it's enhancement. You hereby agree not to upload any images that are copyright and/or any inappropriate images, this may result in your account being deleted. We are not held responsible for any incorrect images or information uploaded by subscriber(s). You agree not to upload any images that are larger than 2MB each; and no more than thirty (30) images should be uploaded in each gallery. Image(s) may be resized and/or cropped for the website(s) requirement(s). You hereby agree you will not use our services for any unauthorised purpose and/or you will not upload any virus of any kind. We are not held responsible in an event relating to any objection taken from a person outside/third party in resemblance to their pictures and/or information used on the website which is not authorised by them. In such case No claims will be entertained by us, we reserve the right to delete the relevant account as per our discretion and pass on your information to third party.

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw these services at anytime.

Demo content is provided simply as an example to make it easier for the user to create their website and should not to be used as their website content. The content within the website should be replaced by the website user(s) own contents once the website has been created.
